How to Re-Open an Inactive Ad?

If the Ad is "Deactivated" (User-Closed)

If you manually set the ad to Draft to pause inquiries, you can reactivate it easily:

  1. Access My Ads: Navigate to the "My Ads" tab in your dashboard.

  2. Locate Ad: Find the listing with the Draft status.

  3. Reactivate: Click the "Active" button or use the status dropdown menu to change the status back to Active.

Result: The ad is immediately visible again in search results.

2. If the Ad is "Expired" (System-Closed)

If your ad's listing period ran out, it was set to Expired by the system.

  1. Access My Ads: Navigate to the "My Ads" tab.

  2. Locate Ad: Find the listing with the Expired status.

  3. Renew: Click the "Renew Listing" button. You may be prompted to select a new listing duration or complete a payment (if applicable).

Result: The listing will become Active and begin a new listing cycle.
