How to Report Spam or Abuse

If you encounter a suspicious listing, receive an inappropriate message, or believe a user is violating our policies, please report the activity immediately.

  1. For a Listing: On the listing details page, look for a "Report" or "Report Abuse" button (often a small flag 🚩 icon). Click it and select the reason for your report (e.g., "Scam," "Spam Listing," "Welfare Concern").

  2. For a Message: Within the messaging interface, locate the "Report User" button or flag icon associated with the conversation.

  3. Submit Details: Provide a brief explanation of why you are reporting the user or ad. This speeds up the investigation process.
