Account suspension or termination occurs when a user is found to be in material breach of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Fraud and Scam Activity | Engaging in any activity intended to defraud other users (e.g., requesting fraudulent payments, misrepresenting identity after failing Identity Verification, or using stock photos to deceive buyers). |
Serious Animal Welfare Breach | Repeatedly attempting to list pets that violate the 8-week minimum age rule, or clear evidence of animal neglect, cruelty, or illegal trade. |
Repeated Non-Compliance | Accumulating multiple rejected ads for the same violation (e.g., spamming the site or repeatedly listing prohibited content) despite warnings from the moderation team. |
Abuse and Harassment | Engaging in severe verbal abuse, harassment, or threats toward other users or platform staff. |
Data Misuse | Attempting to illegally collect or misuse personal data (phone numbers, emails) from other users. |
Check Your Email: In almost all cases, a formal notification is sent to your registered email address detailing the reason for the suspension.

Submit Evidence: Clearly state the reason you believe the suspension should be lifted and provide any evidence requested to prove your compliance (e.g., updated business licenses, confirmation of pet age).
