How long does it take for funds to reach my account?

The time it takes for funds to reach your bank account depends on when the funds are released and your Payout Schedule with Stripe.

Here is the breakdown of the timeline for a successful Pet Reservation:

1. Payout Timeline

The primary delay is the time it takes for the funds to move from the buyer's bank to your available Stripe balance (the clearing period).

Stage

Duration

Status in Your Dashboard

A. Reservation & Escrow

Instant

Funds are in Pending Balance (Incoming).

B. Clearing Period

2–7 Business Days

Funds move from Pending to Available balance. (This is the bank clearing time, not the platform's hold.)

C. Payout Initiation

Daily/Weekly (Depends on your settings)

Stripe automatically sweeps the Available Balance and initiates a transfer to your bank.

D. Final Bank Deposit

1–2 Business Days

The transfer arrives in your external bank account.

In the fastest scenario (e.g., U.S. banks), funds are initiated for payout 2 business days after the charge and arrive in your account 1–2 days after that.

2. Payout Trigger (The Release)

The most important factor is when the platform releases the funds from escrow.

Release Event

Triggered By

Funds Start Moving...

Manual Release

The Buyer logs in and clicks "Confirm Pet Received".

Immediately upon the buyer's click.

Automatic Release

The System runs a scheduled command

Automatically once the Auto-Release Escrow Days period expires (e.g., Day 7 at midnight).

If the buyer confirms receipt, the money is immediately queued for transfer by Stripe. If they wait 10 days to confirm, your payout is delayed by 10 days.
